We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and securing sales or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
Product Promotion: Explain and promote the company’s products/services to potential customers.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to purchase products/services or schedule appointments.
Follow-up: Follow up on initial contacts, maintain and update customer information in the database.
Problem-Solving: Address customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities, prepare regular reports on progress.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Feedback: Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements to scripts or processes.
Requirments

EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent. A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Persuasive and negotiation skills
Good listening skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹2+,758.85 per month
