Tele Caller Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller located in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential customers to inform them about our products/services, answering questions about our offering, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively over the phone
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and difficult customers
Experience with outbound calling and telemarketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Communication is must required
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Language: English, Hindi and Gujarati

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
