We are Hiring for Customer Care Executive /voice Process / Tele-caller

Location: Lower Parel (Mumbai)- Kamala Mills Compound

Designation: Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities and Duties -
· Providing support through interaction with customers on Communication Channels.

· Contacting existing customers as well as new customers.

· Resolving queries and issues related to the services

· Maintaining database of the customers on regular basis.

· Provide information to customers about products and services.

· Overseeing the customer service process.

· Handling inbound and outbound calls

· Retention of customers in case of dissatisfaction with the service provided

· Maintaining the service quality by following the norms of the company

Communication Should be in Hindi or English.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
