Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and promoting our products/services over the phone. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build relationships with customers, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from our lead database to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information about potential customers' needs and preferences.
Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of each potential customer.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
Data Management: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Targets and Reporting: Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and provide regular reports on your performance to the sales manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
