Call prospective candidates from the provided database.
Explain the IIBF-accredited Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) training program.
Counsel candidates about course benefits, certification, and career opportunities.
Answer queries regarding eligibility, fees, training schedule, and placement support.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the admissions and training team for successful enrollments.
Achieve monthly admission and calling targets.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
