This individual will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding critical network infrastructure that enables care delivery across hospitals, clinics, rural locations, and patient homes

Supporting enterprise network infrastructure that enables secure and reliable healthcare delivery across geographically dispersed locations
Assisting with the integration of newly acquired organizations and network environments as part of ongoing merger initiatives
Enhancing VPN performance, SD-WAN connectivity, and edge networking solutions to improve access and user experience
Implementing advanced network monitoring, management, and troubleshooting capabilities
Driving network reliability, security, and scalability for virtual care operations and business-critical services
Collaborating with technical teams and leadership on network design, optimization, and strategic infrastructure projects
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure
Support Cisco-based routing and switching environments
Perform advanced network analysis, issue resolution, and root cause troubleshooting
Develop and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, and implementation plans
Evaluate current and emerging technologies to improve network performance and reliability
Install, upgrade, and maintain network hardware and software components
Participate in infrastructure design discussions and provide recommendations on network solutions
Create and deliver technical reports, presentations, and implementation documentation
Support organization-wide network initiatives that impact multiple business units
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure network solutions align with business and operational needs

This individual will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding critical network infrastructure that enables care delivery across hospitals, clinics, rural locations, and patient homes.

What You'll Be Working On

• Onsite position located in Sioux Falls, SD.
