Summary:As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the team to implement solutions.
Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of infrastructures and applications.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for service delivery.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks.
Provide technical support to end-users and assist in troubleshooting.
Document and maintain system configurations and processes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Assist in the development and execution of technology initiatives.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workplace Solutions.
Strong understanding of IT systems and architectures.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
This position is based at our Jaipur office.
