ABOUT THE ROLE
Capital Connect Advisors (CCA) is one of the most active tech-focused boutique investment banks operating in SE Asia and India. We provide private placement, M&A and strategic advice to leading growth stage technology companies operating across Digital Commerce, FinTech, EdTech, Digital Media and Software.
CCA is growing rapidly and is looking to hire a relatively experienced Associate to support execution of our transactions.

This Gurugram, India based role covers SE Asia and India. It is for exceptionally motivated and smart individuals who want the opportunity to build a career in technology investment banking in two of the world’s largest and fastest growing technology markets of SE Asia and India.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Associate, you will be a key member of the Corporate Finance team and involved in projects across APAC region that may include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting end-to-end deal execution for our private placement, M&A and/or strategic financial advisory mandates
• Perform full financial analysis including integrated three statement model, valuation and cash flow modelling
• Preparing of key documentation including Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Management Presentations, etc
• Supporting due diligence processes including client preparation and investor Q&A
• Develop research and industry analysis with a focus on technology and internet in SE Asia and India
• Contribute to building an unrivalled CRM and tech-led project management platform
KEY COMPETENCIES
• Outstanding academic credentials from top institutions with 1-4 years of relevant work experience after an undergraduate or graduate program
• Strong accounting and corporate finance knowledge
• Methodical, meticulous and possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, business writing and research skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team
• Committed to excellence on assigned deliverables with high professional and ethical standards
• Familiarity with research databases and financial tools (e.g., Capital IQ, Tracxn, CB Insights, Crunchbase, Bloomberg, etc.)
• Strong preference is to hire candidates with prior working experience working in the technology sector with a mid-market investment bank, consulting firm or technology start-up
