Technology Investment Banking - Analyst
ABOUT THE ROLE
Capital Connect Advisors (CCA) is one of the most active tech-focused boutique investment banks operating in SE Asia, India and Australia. We provide private placement, M&A, and strategic advice to leading growth stage technology, AI and digital infrastructure companies.
CCA is growing rapidly and is looking to hire an Analyst to support the execution of our transactions.

This India-based role covers SE Asia and India. It is for exceptionally motivated and smart individuals who want the opportunity to build a career in technology investment banking in two of the world’s largest and fastest growing technology markets of SE Asia and India.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Analyst, you will be a key member of the Corporate Finance team and involved in projects across the APAC region that may include, but are not limited to:
• Support the Associates and Partners on deal execution for our private placement, M&A, and/or strategic financial advisory mandates
• Help in sub-elements of financial analysis including integrated three statement model, valuation, and cash flow modeling
• Support preparation of key documentation including Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Management Presentations, etc
Participate in due diligence processes including client preparation and investor Q&A
• Provide background work for research and industry analysis with a focus on technology and the internet in SE Asia and India
• Contribute to building an unrivaled CRM and tech-led project management platform
KEY COMPETENCIES
• Good academic credentials from top institutions with 1-4 years of relevant work experience after an undergraduate program
• Strong accounting and corporate finance knowledge
• Methodical, meticulous and possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, business writing, and research skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team
• Committed to excellence on assigned deliverables with high professional and ethical standards
• Familiarity with research databases and financial tools is a plus (e.g., Capital IQ, Tracxn, CB Insights, Crunchbase, Bloomberg, etc.)
• Strong preference is to hire candidates with prior internship or full-time experience working in the technology sector with a mid-market investment bank, consulting firm, or technology start-up
