Responsibilities:
• Conduct blood collection, processing, and storage.
• Perform blood typing, cross-matching, and compatibility testing.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all blood bank activities.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Provide support during blood donation camps and drives.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of blood products.
• Monitor and manage inventory of blood supplies and reagents.
• Assist in training and supervising junior staff and interns.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
• Certification or diploma in Transfusion Medicine or Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and basic software applications.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Both female and male candidates are encouraged to apply.
