We are looking for an experienced Technician - Level 1 to join our team at Dr. B. L. Kapur Memorial Hospital in DELHI. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the hospital staff and ensuring the smooth running of the hospital’s operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to hospital staff and ensure the smooth running of the hospital’s operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hospital equipment and systems.

• Monitor and maintain the hospital’s IT systems and networks.

• Install and configure new hardware and software.

• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on existing hardware and software.

• Provide technical advice and guidance to hospital staff.

• Maintain accurate records of all technical support activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role.

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
