Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and store blood samples

• Perform quality control tests on blood samples

• Monitor and maintain blood bank equipment

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

• Maintain accurate records of all blood samples

• Assist with the preparation of blood components for transfusion

• Assist with the preparation of blood components for research

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field

• At least two years of experience in a blood bank setting

• Knowledge of blood banking regulations and standards

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
