About RoboMQ is a fast-growing SaaS company delivering disruptive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions to mid-market enterprise customers. Our flagship product, , automates the employee identity lifecycle by integrating HR systems with Identity Management and other applications helping organizations achieve seamless onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and security with zero-trust and least-privilege security posture.
This role is focused on creating and maintaining clear, accurate documentation and technical content for RoboMQs products, with a primary focus on Hire2Retire. In addition to product documentation, you will contribute to whitepapers and solution-focused content like marketplace listings and product demo scripts. Much of our product docs content is maintained in GitHub, so comfort with version-controlled documentation is important.
Write and maintain Hire2Retire documentation, including user guides, feature explanations, and configuration steps
Review existing content and improve clarity, structure, and accuracy where needed
Whitepapers & Solution Content
Content Quality & Consistency
Ensure content is accurate, actionable, and easy to follow for both technical and semi-technical users
Identify gaps, outdated content, or unclear sections and propose improvements
3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B technology environment.
Proven experience writing:
Product documentation, demo video scripts and user guides
Technical or solution-focused long-form content (whitepapers, explainers)
Hands-on experience working with GitHub for documentation (Markdown, pull requests, version history)
Experience documenting integrations involving HR systems, directories (Active Directory / Entra), or SaaS applications
High-impact role with ownership over core product documentation and technical content.
