Job Summary
Write high-quality technical documentation for Company products
Create new and update existing help files using the help authoring tool
Explore product APIs and samples to understand the product and features
Collaborate with the technical team to make the products easier to use by writing a simple instructions manual.
Create simple use case samples to explain product features
Report issues with products API, demo(s), website, etc. found during exploration
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of products.
