We are seeking an IT Technical Writer to write up and format existing and new documents, processes, and procedures This will include troubleshooting resources, guides and articles to go into Service Now once SN is implemented
This role works inconjuction with the IT Manager and team
This is a temporary position designed to support the transition and organization of existing knowledge content into the ServiceNow Knowledge Base
Content Preparation: Take existing knowledge content from various sources and prepare it for submission into the ServiceNow Knowledge Base
Data Migration: Move content, ensuring accuracy and consistency during the transfer process
Tagging and Taxonomy: Apply basic tagging and taxonomy principles to categorize and organize content effectively
Style Consistency: Update Word documents to maintain a consistent style and format, ensuring all content is correctly formatted and accessible
Quality Assurance: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance before submission

Position Overview:
