Technical Trainer

Role Description The Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for employees and clients at PhosdeepInternational. This full-time, on-site role in Patiala involves creating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, tailored to various technical skill levels. The Technical Trainer will conduct classroom and workshop-style sessions, provide one-on-one coaching, and assess participant learning through tests and practical evaluations. The role includes collaborating with technical teams to keep content current, gathering feedback to improve training effectiveness, and maintaining training records and schedules. The Technical Trainer will also support onboarding of new team members by introducing them to tools, processes, and standards used across the organization.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and Training & Development for designing and delivering effective learning programs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Trainers and Training for facilitating sessions and managing training activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly and engaging diverse audiences.
• Relevant experience in teaching, coaching, or corporate training in a technical domain is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to create structured training materials, including slides, manuals, and assessments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort working on-site in Patiala and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
