Job Description

With a minimum of fifteen years in maintenance, your insights are invaluable for developing effective training curriculums. You will also ensure adherence to technical updates and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refresh technical course materials
• Facilitate training sessions for AMEs and staff
• Maintain accurate training documentation and evaluations
• Integrate new technical standards into curricula
• Liaise with management on training protocols
Requirements:
• Instructional techniques training preferred
• At least fifteen years' maintenance experience required
• Current Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (M2)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Technical writing experience is beneficial
