Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Continuously improve product knowledge and technical skills to better assist customers.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass, Degree (any discipline), or Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
Excellent communication skills in English, with a B2 level proficiency.
Ability to work in a 5-day working week schedule.
Prior experience in a technical support or international voice process role is a plus, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Willingness to work from our Bangalore or Hyderabad office locations.
