We are seeking an experienced Technology Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise in T24 Transact, Java, and middleware technologies.
The selected candidate will play a key role in resolving client incidents efficiently and professionally while progressively developing into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Core and Technology areas of T24.
This position involves analyzing and resolving client-reported incidents, debugging and troubleshooting issues in Java-based services interacting with T24, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA commitments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to resolve client issues within defined SLAs while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• BE/Btech degree with 3–7 years of experience in core banking technical support or development, ideally with exposure to Temenos product or similar core banking platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java / Enterprise Java development.
• Practical working knowledge of Temenos frameworks.
• Proficiency in debugging across T24 Core, integration layers, and Java customizations.
