Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong knowledge of polymers and plastic processing. The candidate will provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams, troubleshoot material and process-related issues, support manufacturing operations, and actively contribute to business growth by identifying new customer opportunities and promoting the company's products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide industrial technical support related to polymer materials and plastic processing.
Support customers and internal teams with TPE, TPR, TPV, TPU, Masterbatch, polymer compounds, and their applications.
