Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist based in New Delhi. The Technical Sales Specialist will engage with clients in the life sciences and diagnostics fields to understand their research and product requirements. Key responsibilities include managing technical sales processes, providing product demonstrations and technical support, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing business relationships to meet or exceed sales targets. Identifying new sales opportunities and staying updated with industry trends will also be a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
• Proven expertise or Fresher in Technical Sales and Sales with a strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Strong Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and explain technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in Technical Support to address client inquiries and provide solutions for product-related technical queries and troubleshooting.
• Background in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term business partnerships.
• Educational background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational sales goals.
• Familiarity with the life sciences and diagnostics market in India, particularly in research and healthcare applications, is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
