Job Responsibility

Candidates with Minimum 6 months + work experience in Technical Sales Process in International BPO
Deals with Printer support ,brand support, Antivirus Support, , OS support, Mac Support etc.
Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers for Selling of Online Technical Support Subscription for Window based Computers/laptops


Job Description

Must have Software and Hardware knowledge in terms of common issues and resolutions like Virus, System Slow issues. Printers and other peripherals along with Laptop and Desktops

Should have good convincing power
Would be required to handle Customer Grievance
Should be Comfortable with shift timings
Excellent in Communication .
Fresher Can apply.
Fuel reimbursement or similar for 2000 Inr for both Candidates.
