Job Title: Sales Engineer (HVAC Projects & AMC/CMC)
Location: 5th Floor, Manglam Signature Tower, Lal Kothi, Tonk Road, Jaipur

Job Summary:
ABS General Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Engineer (HVAC Projects & AMC/CMC). The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution (SITC), client coordination, billing & collections, and generating AMC/CMC business. This role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HVAC Project Execution (SITC):
Manage end-to-end SITC activities for HVAC systems, including:
– Chillers– Ducting Systems– Piping Systems– Cooling Towers– Pumps– Related Electrical Works
Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project completion.
Monitor site progress and resolve technical or execution issues promptly.2. Billing & Collections:
Prepare and manage client billing and ensure timely invoicing.
Follow up with clients for payments and support collection activities.
Coordinate vendor billing with proper documentation and timely approvals.
3. Coordination & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, site teams, and internal departments.
Facilitate smooth day‑to‑day coordination between all stakeholders.
Provide regular updates, reports, and meeting summaries.
4. Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure adherence to company quality standards and project protocols.
Align execution with client expectations and address concerns effectively.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
5. AMC/CMC Sales & Business Development:
Generate leads for AMC and CMC services.
Conduct client visits and requirement assessments.
Prepare proposals, costing, and technical-commercial offers.
Coordinate for internal approvals and drive lead conversion to closure.
Equipment Expertise Required:
Chillers
AHUs (Air Handling Units)
VRV/VRF Systems
Pumps
Cooling Towers
Indoor Units and all major HVAC equipment
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Project management and site coordination skills
Basic understanding of billing, costing, and collections
Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
Experience in HVAC project execution and AMC/CMC sales is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
