Technical Sales Engineer

Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer Company: Mayur Dynamic Tiles & Pavers Location: Jaipur (Sitapura Industrial Area) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us Mayur Dynamic Tiles & Pavers is a leading manufacturer of premium-quality Concrete Pavers, Kerbstones, Tiles, Blocks, and Hardscape Solutions. We are looking for a technically sound and result-driven Technical Sales Engineer to expand our business and provide technical support to our customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector. Meet contractors, builders, architects, consultants, government departments, and project owners. Understand project drawings, BOQs, and customer technical requirements. Recommend suitable products and provide technical solutions based on project needs. Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals. Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly and annual targets. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams for timely project execution. Build long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales technical support. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. Maintain customer records and submit daily visit and sales reports. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred). Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience may also apply. 1–5 years of experience in technical sales of construction or building materials. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong technical background may also apply. Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
