We are hiring a Technical Sales professional to join our team at JMD Jobs. As a Technical Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India, and is suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
• Proven track record in sales or customer service is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
• Drive sales of our products and services by promoting their technical features and benefits
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate technical solutions
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
