Job Description
Work Location- Bangalore/Okhla
Shifts- Day shift (9:00am to 6:30 pm) 5.5 days working (1st and 3rd Sat half day working)

- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Promote company's reputation as a excellent place to work.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Requirements
- Proven work experience of It recruitment _1 to 5 yrs
- Should hold good hands on experience with contract staffing
- Having good internet and a working laptop
