Job Summary
• Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates: Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for job vacancies. This includes online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and other recruitment methods to attract and screen potential candidates.
• Conducting Interviews: Screening potential candidates to assess their suitability for the job which includes evaluating their skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
• Coordinating with Managers: Work closely with managers to understand the requirements and to ensure clear understanding of the job vacancy.
• Managing the Recruitment Process: Manage end to end recruitment process effectively and efficiently. Creating Job Descriptions, Posting Job Adds, Screening Resumes, Scheduling Interviews and Placing an Offer.
• Building Relationships: Build relationship with potential candidates, managers and other stakeholders to promote the organization as an attractive place to work.
• Maintaining Candidates Database: Maintain database of potential candidates, keeping track of their resumes, qualifications, and other relevant information. Ensure that the organization has a pool of suitable candidates to choose from for future requirements.
Job Duties
• Develop and execute recruitment plans.
• Networking through industry contacts, social media, and employees.
• Sourcing the candidates from different recruitment sources.
• Research and recommend new sources for recruitment.
• Screening applicants to evaluate if they meet the job requirements.
• Regular follow ups with the managers.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4 – 7 years of experience in recruitment.
• Hands on experience on Naukri, LinkedIn and various online job portals.
• Experience in Core IT hiring.
• Strong network among candidates, recruiters and consultants.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and other Recruitment Softwares.
