Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy complex software systems.
Collaborating with DevOps and customer service teams to ensure platform stability and resolve production issues.
Developing and implementing KPIs to measure team and individual performance.
Providing technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
Managing release schedules and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
