The successful candidate will work closely with our builders and stakeholders, producing precise and detailed technical drawings for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
Develop architectural design concepts and prepare detailed drawings
Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure project requirements are met
Conduct research on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Revit and Lumion or other design software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent time management and communication skills
