Your Role Within the Team:
Working directly with the Production and Development team, you will play a key role in bringing our collections to life. Your main responsibilities:
Support departments throughout the entire production launch process.
Build technical files with accuracy and precision.
Take measurements and ensure quality control for prototypes and production runs.
Actively participate in fitting sessions.
Follow up rigorously on various production files.
What We Are Looking For:
Are you passionate about technical fashion, organized, and a team player? Here is what we require:
College diploma (DEC) in Fashion Design.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the apparel industry.
Technical expertise: excellent knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and measuring.
Software proficiency: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Personal attributes: strong organizational skills, strict adherence to deadlines, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Languages: strong writing skills in French and English (functional bilingualism).
Trend-driven: highly attuned to current fashion trends.
