Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, manuals, and user guides for INSIDEA's products and services.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and reader-friendly content.
Contribute to marketing materials, ensuring that technical details are accurately represented.
Review and update existing documentation to maintain its relevance and accuracy.
Ensure consistency in documentation style, tone, and terminology.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve documentation processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the cloud computing industry.
Proven experience in technical documentation and manual writing.
Experience in marketing writing, with the ability to craft compelling narratives around technical topics.
Strong understanding of technical concepts, especially in cloud computing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
