Profile Description: We are looking for a Talented Technical Content Writer to produce high-quality documentation that clarifies our product's features and benefits. You will join a creative tech team who works collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use. It is an ON- SITE opportunity; No Remote Work Required Skills & Qualification: Bachelor s degree in relevant technical field; Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat; SEO based writing, keyword research; Should have worked using Tools like SEMrush, Grammarly, etc. copywriting, content writing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Minimum of two years experience in technical writing; Attention to detail; Fluency in English or the desired language; Healthy analytical and critical thinking skills; Time management and organizational skills; Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred Required Experience: 2-4 years industry experience as an effective technical writer. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and modify technical documents, including user specifications, manuals, and test plans to facilitate the software and product development; Create and refine technical information and other various materials for explaining products and services; Write, edits, and help sections updates User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) copy; Creates and builds out user assistance infrastructure, including how-to sections, FAQs, and Help sections; Updates, edits, and proofreads written materials such as product manuals, user manuals, how-to guides, and FAQs; Works closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and product marketing team; Monitors analytics on usage of online product training materials as well as those embedded within the product; Consult software and technology subject matter experts to review, modify, and revise complex documentation for all departments, employees, and audiences; Assess and evaluate the user and employee needs and level of knowledge relevant to technical documentation; Interpret complex software/product features and functions and translate them into a concise, relevant, and readable format; Collaborate with product designers and developers to study product samples and make instructions easier to comprehend; Report to senior technical writers on progress and review of technical content; Proofread and edit content created by team members and other writing staff; Integrate user-friendly content in illustrations, graphs, and info graphics for enhanced user experience; Write, review, and organize online help content to facilitate end-users; Select and adopt a uniform writing style across all media and other platforms for consistency within and outside the organization; Indulge in user research for feedback, revisions, and improvement in technical content; Apart from the above, depending upon the level of scientific and technical knowledge, technical writers might get involved in product/software development teams, leading product usability research and analyzing product design for improvements
