THE ROLE
Technical Architect role demands meeting the business requirements defined by the customer which require analyzing requirements and finding technology solutions to business problems. The role Strategically involve in learning any new technologies and acquire knowledge for implementation
Job Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is to analyze requirements and find technology solutions to business problems that meet business requirements defined by the customer.
• Performing design, debugging, and performance analysis on solutions.
• Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
• Advocating for process improvements and helping develop solutions.
• Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Participate in technology sessions and assess the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Performs a range of activities in a variety of structured environments.
• Able to handle day-to-day challenges and escalating where required.
• Strategically involve in learning any new technologies and acquire knowledge for implementation.
• Provides clear and concise technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Thrives to specialize in multiple TEMENOS Technology Framework Products.
Skills
• BE/BTech/MCA candidates with a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in software engineering/ Software architecture design/IT infrastructure and Cloud Development/ Exposure to Devops/ Basic Banking knowledge
• Transact knowledge and Micro Services knowledge desirable.
• Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with In-depth understanding of coding languages
• Good knowledge of modern software engineering principles and best practices.
• Sound knowledge of various operating systems, databases, and data security.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with Certificates to demonstrate knowledge and competency
• Behavioral Attributes - Being able to work independently. Analytical, organized, team player, relishes working in a multicultural, multi-national business context. Strong delivery mindset, customer focus, commitment to results and high-quality standards. Looking for people who display curiosity, a drive to learn and improve their skills, and share knowledge.
