Job description

Hiring Trainers for Location Chandivali Mumbai (WORK FROM OFFICE)

JD & Skill Set:

Any Graduate with Excellent communication skills

2 years of experience in Process Training in BPO Domain

Role is imparting Soft skills, product & process training to new hires.

Knowledge of TNI/TNA/Throughput

Skill Set:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Strong understanding of and experience in product training preferably in domestic BPO domain

Should possess relevant experience in call barging and quality analysis call center

Should have collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with operations and the quality teams

Strong people orientation

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule & willing to travel

Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
