Job Description
Ecomaxgo is a Govt of India backed startup into IOT and Fintech
we are profitable and Tax free
Our IOT product was launched by the Hon PM and appreciated by him.
we are now launching our own UPI app and we are a TPAP officially just as Gpay, Phone Pe.
we are building a small tech team and to lead the team, we are looking for a smart tech lead who can join us immediate.
You must have coding skills, server adminstartion skills and Javascript - Node JS knowledge at an extent.
You will be working in a small team which will grow eventually big after fund raise
You have keen interest in Fintech domain such as UPI app/Payments
Must be willing to go abroad to settle base.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Setting the technical vision and strategy and ensuring that company’s technology development plan is in line with business goals
Ensuring new high-quality and timely delivery of all software from the engineering teams
Ensuring security, scalability and performance of overall technology infrastructure
Attracting, assessing, hiring, retaining, and growing quality technical talent
SALARY - In start, due to tough time, we will offer you a package of 15 Lacs out of which some will be in hand salary and then remaining will be bonus at the time of fund raise.
Then we will increase the salary between 24 to 30 lacs after fund raise which depends on the performance , behavior and talent. Idea is to have less pressure before fund raise. You will grow along with us.
