Our team provides friendly, practical technology support to our people across the organisation. Help provide a superior approach to customer service and join our Technology team as a Tech Assist member. As a customer facing team, we are motivated to continually improve our services and are passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience.

What role will you play?
In this role you will be the first point of contact for technology questions and support needs across our global teams. You will help resolve queries across our digital platforms and contribute to a 24/7 follow‑the‑sun service. You will support our people and promote our technology products while creating an exceptional customer experience.
What you offer
Understanding of Microsoft 365, including Office, Windows 10 Pro, Active Directory, Apple iOS and Mac, and Android.
Superior customer service abilities with clear communication skills.
Experience providing desktop support through a computerised service management ticketing system.
Diligence in following security, regulatory, and compliance processes.
