• Craft compelling sales pitch that highlight the unique features and benefits of our services.
• Guide the customers through the seamless account opening process and ensure their smooth transition onto our platform.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer acquisition and onboarding.
Requirements:
• A passion for financial service and genuine desire to help customers achieve their financial goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is mandatory.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales role, ideally with financial service industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages.
