Principal Responsibilities:
The principal responsibilities of this role will entail the following:
1. To manage and control the store receivables of the zones on a day-to-day basis
2. Tender reconciliation and accounting
3. Ensure timely closure of Monthly books of accounts as per the agreed timelines at every month end
4 Ensure the preparation and submission of various reports as per the agreed timelines.
5. Debtors store schedule and its subsequent realization reconciliation
Key Result Areas:
· Review of daily DSR of all stores assigned in terms of completeness and accuracy
· Prepare consolidated store sales reconciliation statement
· Three way comparison of DSR- System sales – realisation in bank statement for cash , card & other tenders
· Perform tender freezing activities.
· Tracking of delay in pickup by CMS agency and follow-up
· Tracking of delay in deposition of cash / credit card and follow-up bank
· Accounting of Finance Charges
· Perform Bank reconciliation for all collection bank accounts
· Debtors store schedule and its subsequent realisation reconciliation
Knowledge/Education:
· Graduation in Commerce
· MS Excel proficiency
Competencies:
· Minimum 4 years’ experience in Finance
· Strong in process
