Job Description
Job Role :
• Drive strategic initiatives by working in conjunction with Wholesale banking functions.
• Develop integrated management & execution plans as necessary to deliver short term and long term results. Monitor and report progress against plans.
• Analyse business & customer needs to identify issues, trends and growth opportunities
• Interface between the various functions of the wholesale bank and teams across Kotak to ensure strong support for key initiatives, and provide feedback to the stakeholders
• A T eam Leader role - Facilitate teamwork , cross-area and cross-functional collaboration and individuals’ professional development
Job Requirements :
• 7-+ years of experience in banking/financial services, CA / MBA from a reputed institute
• Preferred proficiency in business planning, f inancial analysis & stakeholder management.
• Ability to cultivate a high-performance team to deliver in a fast-paced business environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence & negotiate, strong verbal and written communications skills
Eligibility :
• Spent at least eighteen months in the same division function role location.
• Employees with ‘Meets Expectations’ and above rating can apply
