Team Leader - Used Car Loan

Job Summary:- We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader – Used Car Loan to lead a team of sales executives, drive business through dealer and DSA channels, and achieve monthly loan disbursement targets. The candidate should have strong team handling skills and hands-on experience in used car finance. Key Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Used Car Loan Sales Executives. Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners. Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity targets are met. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Resolve customer and dealer escalations promptly. Recruit, train, and mentor new sales executives. Eligibility:- 12th pass/Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Used Car Loan, Auto Loan, or Vehicle Finance. Experience in team handling.
