As an Supervisor at Roll'd you will:


Assist the Store Manager leading a team

Train, support & mentor a high-energy team

Ensure profitability through superior customer service & sales while managing stock & wastage

Lead daily operations & ensure compliance

Collaborate with marketing to boost community engagement & B2B catering sales


The skills & experience we are looking for:


Previous experience as a supervisor in the Fast Food Industry

Strong leadership skills & the ability to bring out the best in your teams

Excellent customer service & communication skills

The ability to manage budgets & understand how to impact sales

Food safety & compliance knowledge
