Full time permanent position working 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our teams across the West Coast. This is a varied role responsible for ensuring high-quality support services across multiple sites while fostering a positive team culture and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support teams across Food Services, Cleaning, Orderlies, and Laundry.
Provide day-to-day operational leadership across Greymouth, Westport, and Reefton.
Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Oversee staffing, performance, and resource planning.
Build strong relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and support quality initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Essential
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Strong people leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing operational services in a healthcare or similar environment is desirable.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
