• Able to measure training effectiveness
• Provide On-job and class room training. Close calls
• Maintain MIS and progress reports of the new joiners
• Handling Team on product/ process and sales
• Identify and initiate process improvements
• Ensure smooth transition of new joiners to production floor.
• Periodic Knowledge checks for new and existing staff
