Team Leader Collections

Responsibilities:

(Communication should be excellent, Team Handling Experience is must)

We are looking for Team Leader-Tele-Collections for loan recovery & collections.

Calling & Collecting payments of loan recovery from delinquent customers.
Updating & maintaining customers feedback file.
Reminding Customers about their Loan due date & ensuring timely payments are done.
Meeting the Team & Individual targets on a daily/weekly & monthly basis.
Preparing collection MIS related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, monthly reports.
Managing a team of 10-12 Collections Executive/Telecallers.
Experience & Skills Required:

4+ years of work experience in Loan Recovery of Collections Team for Personal Loan/Credit Card/Mortgage/Business Loan/Home Loan Products in Banking & NBFC’s, Fintech, Collections Agency & should have minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of 10-12 collections executive/ telecallers.
Added advantage if the candidate is DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified.
Should have a fair knowledge of Collection mechanism like Skip Tracing.
Team player should be able to work under pressure.
Excellent knowledge & experience in Microsoft Excel & Word is compulsory.
Good communication & networking skills.
