Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader with prior experience in the BPO industry to manage and guide a team of counselors/agents in an educational setup. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure team productivity and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 executives handling student/customer queries.

Monitor daily performance and ensure achievement of targets.

Train, motivate, and coach team members for continuous improvement.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions.

Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies and service standards.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Experience in BPO processes and customer handling

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

Proven experience of 2–5 years in a BPO or customer service leadership role
