Alberta Health Services (AHS) is currently seeking someone like you who can provide direction, team leadership, and organization to the interdisciplinary team of the Del Air Lodge Aurora Place, Type B facility, as Supervisor in the lovely northern Alberta town of Manning. As Supervisor you will make front-line decisions, and serve as the main contact person for staff, physicians, residents, and family members. You will work with the Manning senior's health team to meet Continuing Care accountabilities and provide safe, efficient, patient and family-centered care in alignment with AHS’s vision, mission, and business plan. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. Reporting to the Seniors Health Care Manager in Manning, the Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, mentoring and evaluating their team. This position includes recruitment, supervision, education and performance management of Health Care Aides and LPNs working in Del Air Lodge Aurora Place.
