Job Title - Team Lead

Location - Guelph, ON

Job Type - Full-Time (minimum 30 hours)

Hourly wage - $18.50 - $1+.50/hr (based on experience)

About the Role:

We're searching for a dedicated and driven Team Lead who is passionate about running energized, well organized shifts, and genuinely enjoys creating a positive environment for the team and our guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can think on their feet, and values team work and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the FOH/BOH teams during your shift
Ensure quality, speed and cleanliness standards are consistently met
Run the shift efficiently and proactively solves problems as they arise
Train, motivate, and guide team members
Communicate clearly with management and staff
Uphold company policies and ensure a smooth customer experience
Take initiative and make thoughtful decisions that benefit the team and the business

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership or supervisory role in food service or hospitality
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Solution-oriented mindset - always looking for what's best for the team and company
Availability for full-time hours including weekends
Willingness to grow with us long-term

Nice to have:

Willingness to relocate to different city is a plus
Interest in being part of an ambitious, growing brand
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen set up
Basic understanding of inventory, sales and labour costs and what it means to help a shift hit KPIs
