4-5 years experience in a technical handson analytical or data role (Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Analytics)
Prior experience as a manager or team lead. Track record of upskilling, enabling, and developing a high-performing team
Comfortable managing ambiguity, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enthusiastic about problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with multiple senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Team player, willingness to learn and help share best practices with others.
