Job Description
Team Lead, IBU COO, Gift City-(WD48602)
Job Purpose :
This role provides an oversight of overall activities of IBU and ensure activities carried out in IBU is in compliance with approved policies
Job Duties & responsibilities :-
• Provide oversight on overall activities of IBU and ensure activities carried out in IBU is in compliance with the approved policies (DBS and IFSCA)
• Ensure all internal policies are up to date and ensure modification/updation and take up for approval as per defined process
• Provide inputs to Governing Body on any gaps or shortcomings observed in the policies/frameworks
• Ensure all reporting at local and regional level is done as per defined timelines
• Participate in all meetings/reviews of Governing Body to be carried out as per timelines defined by IFSCA
• Monitor and ensure implementation of strategic directions provided by IBU Governing Body.
Required Experience :-
• Sufficient knowledge and experience of the Unit's business operations and processes
• Understanding of regulations related to AML/KYC/CFT locally as well as for the group
• Ability to provide balanced perspective between business expediency and risk & control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
Education / Preferred Qualifications:-
• A post-graduate or equivalent degree (with experience / understanding of banking and sales).
• Computer proficiency (comfortable with MS Office, advanced excel understanding)

• Self Motivated
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to carry out Senior Management interactions independently.
