• Minimum 1+year experience as a Team Leader in Non voice process(On Papers Mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 year of work experience in a Non Voice Domestic/international.
• Should have hands on parameters and to drive the team.
• Should have handled minimum span of 15 members.
• Facilitate day to day Operations
• Handling 2nd level escalated calls.
• Checking on distribution of mails and/or other operational roadblocks and helping ease them for his/her team
• Attend Client calls and other important meetings, Conduct Weekly, SMR, Project Review, Daily Team meetings, etc.,
• Passing on the process updates to the team members, Maintaining Weekly reports, Daily reports and interacting with the Asst. Manager and the team to improve the process
• Develop, groom and coach team members so that they are able to perform better / as per the business objectives and Caliber culture.
Shift
• 6 Days work 1 day Week off (Rotational)
Education
Mandatory : Graduate with experience in Non Voice/BPO back office operations
Desirable : Graduate with experience in Non Voice or Email chat Support is an added advantage
